GUIDELINES FOR UNITY

FRIENDLY TERMS

Welcome to EVAFEST 2026!

By accessing this website, registering for tournament brackets, or booking vendor spaces, you agree to follow these simple and friendly guidelines designed to keep everyone safe, happy, and unified during the festival.

1. Joyful & Kind Conduct

EVAFEST is a place for pure celebration, friendship, and connection! We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike behavior. Whether you are a vendor, a tournament competitor, or an attendee, let's treat each other with warmth and kindness.

2. Space Bookings & Registrations

All vendor spaces, food tents, and tournament slots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis once payments are processed successfully through our payment gateway partner, Xharp.

  • Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the operations team.
  • Please ensure all business setups inside vendor zones strictly match safety standards.

3. Shared Responsibility

We do everything we can to ensure a secured, beautiful, and vibrant venue at Evandy Hall. However, please remember to watch over your personal belongings and equipment during all festival days. EVAFEST is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Let's Build Memories Together!

These guidelines are here to make sure we all have the time of our lives. Thank you for joining us and helping us make EVAFEST / Evandy Hall Week 2026 the best student festival experience of the year!
